Outside Description

The lawned garden to the rear of the cottage is fully enclosed and has views across the sea to the east towards Coquet Island and in a northerly direction towards the village of Alnmouth in the distance. There are also lawned areas to the front with a feature stone built wall. Parking is available immediately outside the cottage.

Downstairs Description

Lyme Cottage with its two hemmel arched windows provides an immaculately furnished light and airy lounge. The gas coal effect fire creates a cosy feel during winter evenings. The spacious Dining Kitchen is well equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. The kitchen has vaulted ceiling with exposed beams. The ground floor bedroom with ensuite shower room has a very comfortable king size bed and offers panoramic views of the sea.

First Floor Description

The first floor bedroom provides twin beds and a built in wardrobe and there is an adjacent bathroom.

Windows Views Description

The windows to the rear of the cottage provide views in a northerly direction across fields towards the estuary at Alnmouth. From the ground floor bedroom window, on the east elevation of the cottage, there is a fantastic sea view with the added bonus of some dramatic sun rises and sunsets. The front hemmel arched widows look onto a grassed area with paved patio.
