Downstairs Description

This beautiful solid stone building is immaculately presented and homely. Totally refurbished to the latest building standards, the building has been fitted with insulating plasterboard, under floor heating, modern electrics and plumbing and a brand new top of the range kitchen with all appliances.

All of the original internal features have been retained and restored, these include vaulted ceilings, cast iron diamond pattern windows, an open stone fireplace in the living room with a log burning stove and feature fireplace in the bedroom.

Please note that there is a bed settee in the living room, so accommodation for 3 or 4 people is possible. The owners recommend though that if an extra 2 guests would like to use the bed settee, they are either children or small adults, as it is only equivalent to a 3 quarter size double bed. .

Windows Views Description

Panoramic views and in the autumn months an array of colour from the leaves and from the Kitchen window views towards Cromford Meadows.
