Fenced garden (which is mainly lawn and very safe for children playing) to the rear. Garden furniture and a barbeque are also provided.
Downstairs Description
Living room has ample comfortable seating and an LCD TV with DVD, books and board games. Kitchen/ Dinning room is fully equipped with double oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and automatic washing machine & tumble drier. A spacious room with dinning table and chairs, and patio doors leading to the garden. There is also a wall mounted LCD T.V, and C.D/radio/cassette system.
A third bedroom with “zip and link” beds can provide either twin or double sleeping for two people on the ground floor.
A shower room is also located on the ground floor, providing level access shower, and toilet/wash basin facilities for guests with mobility problems.
First Floor Description
Three bedrooms. Two bedrooms upstairs, one with double bed the other with twin beds.
Bathroom is upstairs and has an over-bath shower.
