Entrance is through arched doorway to living/dining room with wood-burning stove.

One twin bedroom with en-suite shower room (Can be converted to double)

One double bedroom with en-suite bath and shower room (Can be converted into twin)

Small well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar.

The house is centrally heated and for our winter guests there is a cosy wood burning stove. There is Wi-Fi and the living room has a wall mounted Freeview/TV. Each room has its own access leading out into the surrounding courtyard/garden enabling a private relaxed outdoor breakfast if required. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has access straight onto the courtyard. A BBQ is provided.

Windows Views Description

Estuary Cottage is set in a beautiful rural area that looks out onto a natural and biodiverse habitat. The property is a stone’s throw from the river and you can see water glimpses from the courtyard.

Other Notes

The farm surrounds the River Yar Estuary and is served by the Freshwater to Yarmouth footpath, a very popular walk particularly in the summer months, with its spectacular views over the estuary and across to the down-land and countryside of the West Wight.
