In Gloucestershire, on Cotswolds edge and just 120mins drive from M25, Cosy Treat, as its name belies, is a real ‘bolt-hole’ for a cosy treat. Built as a 1910 extension to the 1864 Primitive Chapel it has become very popular since it set a new standard as a chic, high quality, self catering property.

Through a gate from the allocated parking unlock Cosy Treat’s front door. The front door opens into an open plan living room/dining room/kitchen. Ahead a kitchen with pale ash wood coloured units which hide the many gadgets we can’t do without: dishwasher, fridge with separate freezer, washer/dryer and a gas hob with electric double oven. The glass bistro table and dining chairs await the next gathering.

Through the arch up two very shallow steps*, with sofa, easy chairs stunning lamps and TV. Round the coffee table to the inner hall. At the end a double bedded room with double size bed and next to it a single with 3’ bed. The shared bathroom with a bath has a power shower over and glass shower screen.
