Outside Description

A large, beautiful garden to one side of the house, and a decked area leading out to a private beach at the other. What more could you ask for?!

There is seating provided at both sides in warmer months and you'll have access to a built-in barbecue. This is the ideal property for al fresco socialising.

Downstairs Description

Cross through the garden and enter into a spacious hallway. Off this you will find a twin bedroom, a toilet/cloakroom, and a large, L-shaped dining kitchen which leads out to a beachfront decked area.

First Floor Description

Upstairs is the lounge, which runs the whole width of the house, and has a balcony running alongside - cleverly designed with transparent balustrade so the view is not impaired.

This floor also has the master bedroom (kingsize with ensuite shower room), a double bedroom and a family shower room.

Windows Views Description

Spectacular views from the first floor lounge and balcony over the private beach and sea. There are also great views from the ground floor dining area.

Other Notes

This is in a very quiet area, with not a huge amount in the immediate vicinity. Which is one of its unique advantages - you feel completely removed from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

A car is useful to help you reach facilities and visit some of the lovely nearby attractions. However with a train station within five minutes walk, it is possible to enjoy this place without transport.
