Outside Description

The house is set within an acre of its own, private grounds with lovely flower areas and glorious lawns ideal for games. To the rear of the property is an enclosed, private, heated swimming pool (open summer months). The patio area around the pool boasts sun loungers and outdoor dining set with parasol.

Downstairs Description

The front door of the property opens into a wide hallway, with stairs leading upwards and various rooms from this.

Head left to reach the dining kitchen, and off this room is a toilet/cloakroom. A back door from the dining kitchen exits towards the pool area.

This level also has a separate dining room, for more formal meals, seating eight comfortably (and 10 if required).

To the right of the hallway you reach the lounge. At one side of the lounge is a lovely, light conservatory, overlooking the main gardens. The other side leads to a small sunroom, which opens directly to the pool area.

First Floor Description

Upstairs is a separate family bathroom with bath and shower over. There are also four bedrooms.

The master bedroom has a double bed, lots of wardrobe space and furniture, and an ensuite shower room.

There is a second double bedroom, a twin room, and a bunkbed room ideal for children - this bunk room has its own shower.
