Downstairs Description

There is level access from the private car park into the glazed entrance hall with slate floor and wooden boot bench. This leads through to the inviting living room with feature fireplace containing wood burner, under floor heating and exposed beamed ceilings.

There is also a snug reading area with 2 leather armchairs and a well- stocked bookcase.

The open plan kitchen/dining room has under floor heating and exposed beamed ceiling. The newly fitted kitchen has cream wall and floor units with granite work surfaces.

The dining area has a large feature fireplace with a bread oven and wood burner as well as a large dining table for 8 with leather chairs. There are South facing French windows that look out onto and give access to the large patio area and garden.

There is a downstairs WC with storage and airing cupboards plus a utility room with washer/dryer, kitchen units and sink plus a stable door leading to the large patio area with Hot Tub and garden.

First Floor Description

The main master bedroom with a super king sized 4 poster bed. Sash window with window seat there are beautiful views across the valley. The fully tiled en suite bathroom has a bath and a separate shower.

The second master bedroom has a super king sized bed and has a dressing area. This leads through to the fully tiled en suite shower room.

The third bedroom has twin beds, which can be linked to create a super king sized bed if required.

The fourth bedroom is small and has adult sized bunk beds.

As we are located in the Cornish countryside you can expect access to be via single track country lanes. Please remember passing places if meeting on coming vehicles.
