Outside Description

Immediately outside the house you can stroll around the breakwater and pier to the harbour. Watch the local fishing boats unload the daily catch and purchase the freshest seafood from the Alliance fish stall. Enjoy coffee and cakes or dine at the restaurants on the harbour

Downstairs Description

The entrance hallway comprises of a cloak room, that leads to the kitchen, living room and into a games room with a pool table and dart board inside. With access to the beautiful wide pale oak staircase that takes you to the first floor.

Kitchen The Scandinavian style kitchen has a tiled underfloor heating system and is extremely well equipped. It is a joy to cook and dine in with full width opening bi-fold doors that lead out onto the steel and glass framed terrace.

Living Space The spacious Scandi' sitting room has ample super comfy seating. The view from this room is simply breathtaking and ever-changing. Facing east, west and north you will have spectacular sunrises and amazing sunsets. Please note that there are 2 steps down into the kitchen from the hallway and also from the sitting room.

First Floor Description

The master bedroom has wall to wall windows. It has the same breathtaking view that is experienced from the lounge. En-suite bathroom complemented with a freestanding bath, separate rain shower.

The second bedroom has a double bed and again has its own terrace with table and chairs overlooking the sea and shore. with Ensuite

The second bedroom has a double bed with port holed en-suite has a rain shower.

The fourth bedroom has a double bed and en-suite has a rain shower .

Windows Views Description

Panoramic views. Whether it be calm and tranquil seas or wild and frantic waters you will never tire of simply looking out of the windows.

Other Notes

Please note due to the proximity of the sea that whilst our windows are cleaned weekly we cannot guarantee that they will be salt free.
