The Old Coach House is located at the end of a row of stone terraced cottages at the edge of Warkworth village. Whilst there is no designated parking or garden space at The Old Coach House, the riverbank is less than 200 yards away where there is ample free parking and a lovely riverside walk. Although there is no designated parking area you can park in front of the cottage on the main street to unload your bags.

Downstairs Description

Enter into a small welcoming hallway with practical seating, coat hooks and umbrella storage, providing an ideal area in which to store muddy boots and wet coats. The split-level staircase takes you to the first-floor accommodation.

The lovely, well-equipped kitchen features appliances, such as an under-the-counter fridge with icebox. There is no washing machine at this property.

The spacious, bright lounge has dual-aspect windows, a vaulted ceiling and a feature fireplace with an over-mantel mirror which provides a lovely focal point in the room.

The gorgeous main bedroom has dual aspect windows and contains a king-size four-poster bed (5ft wide).
