Outside Description

Parking is no problem at the Manor House - we have off-road parking for four cars, as well as additional spaces on the drive. It’s a no through road, so you won’t have to worry about other traffic either.

Eaton Manor Country Estate has a large shared on-site games room and outdoor playing field which is a short stroll away from the Manor House. The swimming pool is open from April to October for all guests to use and there is also an indoor badminton court and croquet lawn.

Downstairs Description

The Manor House has seven bedrooms, all of which are en-suite and each individually decorated to preserve the warmth and character of the rooms.

Downstairs is the Master Bedroom, with a stunning 6’ double bed and en-suite bathroom (bath with overhead shower); the Garden Room with twin/double bed and ensuite shower room as well as spectacular French windows with glorious views down to the brook.

The entrance is via the south-west facing conservatory with views of the Wenlock Edge, which leads to the tiled hall and then the dining room featuring an a huge oak table seating 18 - ideal for meals with the whole family.

The kitchen, complete with granite worktops, has everything you need to cook up a feast.

Across the hall from the dining room is the sitting room, a warm and welcoming room complete with original beams and a Victorian range which was discovered bricked into the wall.

First Floor Description

On the lower ground floor is a further double/twin bedroom with ensuite shower room, which opens out directly into the garden.

Upstairs are 4 en-suite bedrooms that can all be doubles or twins.

Dogs Welcome: Dogs are welcome at Eaton Manor, for a small additional charge. Two dogs per property maximum. Complimentary items available for us by guests with dogs, such as dog towels, poop bags & a dedicated bin, dog washing facilities
Child Friendly: Children are welcome at Eaton Manor. There is a great deal of space on the estate for them to enjoy and explore, as well as the on-site amenities
Tots Travel Bag: If guests are travelling with young children we have items available to ease the packing load.
Swimming Pool: Swimming is available at Eaton Manor in the warmer months. The small shared pool is open from April to October. It is situated next to Pendennis but is available for all guests to use.
Group Getaways: Eaton Manor Country Estate has five properties which can be booked individually or together in any combination providing plenty of room to put up a large group if you wish. The properties offer seclusion and privacy as well.
Corporate Connections: Eaton Manor is ideal for Group Getaways as there are multiple properties on the estate which can be booked, as well as a large, stylish banqueting room for group dining.
Bring Your Horse: There is a farm very close to Eaton Manor that offers livery options and guests can keep their horse their during their stay, for an additional charge
