French doors lead out to the terrace where there is a large wooden table and chairs and a BBQ.

Steps lead down to a shingle garden with ornamental plants.

This sheltered area is also a great place to lie on one of the beach beds to read a book, chat and relax. The Beach Hive’s garden trails up to a gate that leads directly onto the shingle beach where you can swim, fish, walk your dogs or stroll to the beach pub

Downstairs Description

Master bedroom has a king sized bed (with zip & link mattresses that can be made into 2 single beds). Small en-suite shower room with WC, basin, heated towel rail and shower.

Second Bedroom has a super king sized bed (with zip and link mattresses that can be made into 2 single beds).

Third bedroom has 2 hand made single beds (3ft)

Family bathroom with bath, overhead electric shower with constant hot water, WC and Basin with mirror and sockets for your razor/toothbrush.

Walk into the open plan sitting, kitchen and dining area with large windows offering views to die for stretching out across the beach and the sea. The log burner will keep you nice and warm in the winter whilst watching those winter seas.

Sitting room has sofas, chairs, side tables and lights; 42” TV, DVD player and BT box.

Kitchen has dining area has a large wooden table and chairs (seats 8 comfortably with featured overhead lights.

Windows Views Description

The Sitting area has large windows and French doors that provide breathtaking views of the beach and the sea.

Other Notes

The Beach Hive is a 1930's timber framed bungalow which are unique to Coast Road. The house was refurbished in 2009 and recently refurbished by us in April 2017
