Outside Description

The cottage has a large secluded garden of nearly an acre with lovely lawns, trees and shrubberies, and a long pergola covered with plants. An impressive weeping willow stands to one side of the garden where a small spring creates an attractive water garden. The setting and gardens of this cottage are one of its most splendid aspects. Visitors can relax in the sunshine and watch the sailing boats gently pass by. There is parking space for 2/3 cars in the drive. Bus service within 10 minutes walk. Restaurants and public house within 5 minutes walk.

Downstairs Description

On the ground floor there is a lovely spacious sitting room with comfortable sofas and chairs, an open fire, HD television, FreeSat & DVD player. French doors open from here onto a patio with garden furniture so that meals can be eaten in the sunshine whilst enjoying the splendid sea views. There is a separate dining room with a further set of patio doors opening on to the patio. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with superb fitted units, an electric oven plus warming drawer, a gas hob with a special wok facility, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator and separate freezer. A washing machine/tumble dryer are provided in a separate garden room. Also on the ground floor there is a small conservatory.

On the ground floor there is a beautiful twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room with a built in shower, basin and W.C. This shower room can be accessed via two doors and can be made available for more general use if required.

First Floor Description

The master bedroom has a double bed and is a charming split level room with a floor to ceiling window and a beautifully tiled bathroom with a slipper bath, hand shower, basin and W.C. There is a second lovely double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, basin and W.C.

The third upstairs bedroom is a pretty twin room with patio doors opening on to a large balcony which in summer is made particularly idyllic with blooms of a trailing clematis and passionflower vines. Immediately adjacent to this room is a spacious shower room with a built in double seated shower, basin and W.C.
