A large patio area stretches along two sides of the property, complete with outside garden furniture and BBQ area. The large garden is partially bordered by a stream and is available for guests' sole use. The garden is enclosed by a fence but is not dog or child proof.

The fields around the property in the coombe are likely to be stocked with sheep or cattle, so you are expected to be vigilant with your dogs and keep them under control at all times.
