Downstairs Description

Walk up steps (cottage is positioned above the garage) to the main front door.

Main living space has comfy seating and dining areas - a large L-shaped room with fabulous sea views. There is a separate kitchen.

All three bedrooms and both bathrooms are also on this floor - the property itself is all on one level after the initial stairs to reach it.

Windows Views Description

Amazing views over the beach and sea from the lounge.

Other Notes

Just be aware that although the cottage itself is on one level, there are quite a number of steps to reach the front door, so this wouldn't suit people with restricted mobility.
