Downstairs Description

You enter the cottage into the spacious lounge/Dining Room which has exposed beans and brick fireplace with a wood burning stove. This luxurious living area feels cosy with its sumptuousness two and three-seater sofas, offering a great place to wine and dine while enjoying the fabulous log burning stove.

Through the original back door there is a separate luxury appointed kitchen, which has an Oven and Hob, Microwave, Fridge Freezer and Food Mixer and a Utility room with a Washer/Dryer.

First Floor Description

From the lounge there is an open staircase leading to the first floor where there are two pretty cottage style double bedrooms (Double Beds) one offering a colour TV/DVD. Also upstairs is the luxury appointed Bathroom with Shower over the bath.

Open countryside and distant farmland.

Please note that parking is at the top of Brans Lane but just a 30 second walk from the Cottage.
