Outside Description

Reached via a short, flat, well lit, path is a separate centrally heated ground floor annexe with views over the garden, double bed, kettle, storage and en suite bathroom with shower, basin and WC.

The pretty, secure, cottage garden is on three levels. At ground level there is a bench seat and table, the perfect spot for a cup of coffee. The garden winds up through beds planted with box hedging, lavender, herbs and roses to a gazebo with seating and lovely views across the marshes and out to sea. Additional garden seating and barbecue provided.

Downstairs Description

Entrance lobby with storage and hanging space for boots and coats. Door to spacious, sociable open plan living area with underfloor heating, original pamment flooring and inglenook fireplace with woodburning stove; sitting area with comfortable seating, flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD player, iPod docking station, wi-fi, Wii games console, books, games and DVDs.

Well equipped kitchen with range of units with wooden worktop, bar stools, Redfyre “Aga style” electric cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, tumble drier and breadmaker. Separate dining area with table and seating.
