Outside Description

Outside the cottage there is a patio area with garden furniture and parking for several cars. There are stunning country walks from the end of the drive and stunning views that change everyday depending on the weather.

Downstairs Description

The lounge is a truly inviting room with a log burning stove being the heart and soul of this beautifully co-ordinated room. The room also has underfloor heating for added comfort.

There is a beautiful bespoke kitchen which is complemented by a Yorkshire Stone Flagged floor, and those special finishing touches that make Higher Scholes Cottage so individual. The Kitchen is fully fitted dishwasher, fridge freezer and all cooking equipment and a separate utility with washer/dryer iron/board.

This stunning bathroom, has an opulent feel, with a white roll top bath, and underfloor heating is perfect to lay back and relax. The white roll top bath, large mirrors heated towel rail, an abundance of towels, and luxury bath robes.

There is a carefully co-ordinated luxury twin room, comfortable and inviting, with carefully chosen finishing touches and the twin beds are made from solid pine, hand crafted in South Africa, with matching wardrobe and dressing table.
