Downstairs Description

The accommodation, with gas fired central heating and a woodburning stove, comprises; entrance door to hall with wooden flooring, under stairs cupboard and rear entrance door. Double aspect sitting room with French doors to the garden. Woodburning stove, reclining sofas and chairs.

Well-equipped kitchen with Smeg range cooker with gas hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine; dining area with large refectory table seating eight, flat screen TV and CD player.

First Floor Description

Stairs from the hall lead to the landing area; Bedroom 1: bright and sunny master bedroom with Juliet balcony overlooking the garden. King size bed, double fitted wardrobe and dressing table.

Bedroom 2: King size bed, double and newly refurbished en suite bathroom with shower, WC and basin (also accessed from the passageway).

Bedroom 3: with bunk beds and ample storage. Bedroom 4: With zip and link bed giving the option of a super king-size or two single beds. Double fitted wardrobe and dressing table. Family bathroom with corner bath, separate shower.
