Outside Description

Great Western's garden is solely for the use of its guests, it is large and private (though not enclosed) and has stunning views.

On the patio is a barbeque (please bring your own charcoal) and garden furniture, perfect for al fresco dining.

There is a very large, shared, on-site games room on the estate and a huge playing field.

The swimming pool (open April to October) is a short stroll from Great Western, situated next to Pendennis (another of our properties), and is shared by guests of all our properties.

Downstairs Description

The Dining Room/Observation Lounge is the highlight of the house as it is large and fully glazed to give unobscured views of the garden and down the valley of fields. The dining table seats up to 12 people. There is also plenty of comfortable sofa seating and, for your entertainment, a Freeview television, DVD player, some board games and a selection of books to read.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with everything you need for a self catering break. There is a cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and a washer/dryer.

There are two downstairs bedrooms: The Stokesay Bedroom and The Montgomery Bedroom. Both have views of the countryside and can be set up as doubles or twins. They each have their own en-suite - The Stokesay has a bath with overhead shower and The Montgomery has a shower.

First Floor Description

Upstairs is the Ludlow Suite, a lovely large room with relaxing seating and a dressing area, as well as beautiful views of the Wenlock Edge and down the valley. This room can be a double or twin bedroom and has an en-suite shower room.

The Powys Suite is also very spacious with views down the valley, as well as having relaxing seating and a dressing area. It can be double or twin bedroom and has an en-suite shower room.

Swimming Pool: Swimming is available at Eaton Manor in the warmer months. The small shared pool is open from April to October. It is situated next to Pendennis but is available for all guests to use.
Group Getaways: Eaton Manor is ideal for Group Getaways as there are multiple properties on the estate which can be booked, as well as a large, stylish banqueting room for group dining.
Corporate Connections: Eaton Manor is the perfect spot for a corporate meeting or event, providing flexible indoor and outdoor space, superior accommodation, first class catering services and award winning customer service.
Bring Your Horse: There is a farm very close to Eaton Manor that offers livery options and guests can keep their horse their during their stay, for an additional charge.
