Outside Description

The Wing has a private secluded terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue and visitors are also welcome to use the large lawns at the front of the house. A car can be parked close to the wing or in the small garage. The garage can alternatively be used for the storage of bicycles, small dingeys and beach equipment.

Downstairs Description

There is a charming sitting room with deep carpets, cushions and sofas, plus a flat screen television/Freeview/DVD; a dining area in an impressive bay window overlooking the garden; a galley style fitted kitchen with oak worktops, blue and white tiles, a stainless steel sink, electric cooker and hob, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and washer dryer; a well equipped bathroom with a bath, overhead shower, basin and WC; a splendid spacious bedroom with a king size bed, Egyptian cotton sheets, beautiful curtains and a wardrobe. An additional single bed can be made available to this room.
