Outside Description

Your private garden has patio furniture for those al fresco meals, plus a swimming pool (heated from mid June to mid September).

Downstairs Description

There is a sitting room which is ideal for the children, with a TV and board games provided.

The master bedroom has a super kingsize bed, as does the second bedroom, while the third bedroom is a twin. All three of these have plenty of fitted wardrobes. The smaller fourth bedroom is a twin and reserved for children.

This floor has a large bathroom with a corner bath and a walk in shower. There is also a separate shower room.

First Floor Description

A large welcoming hallway invites you in - this first floor is actually the entry floor. Ahead is the main dining lounge, which has patio doors leading to a balcony running the full width of the house. This overlooks the garden and pool, plus a golf course and the South Downs beyond.

This floor also has a separate kitchen, fully equipped, a utility room for doing the washing, and a toilet.

Windows Views Description

Wow factor views! Beautiful greenery over the golf course, with rolling hills beyond.

Other Notes

Parents are asked to be aware of potential hazards and supervise children at all times.

Inside the house, the staircase is a potential hazard, as the 'ranch style' 1970s design of horizontal planks can be tempting to climb. Parents of toddlers should keep doors to the hallway/stairway closed so that young children cannot reach this area alone.

Child Friendly: Children are welcome - please advise if you need a cot or high chair (availability permitting)
