Enter directly into the cosy lounge, kitchen, and dining area which showcases some gorgeous pieces of reclaimed furniture, local art and quirky accessories. There is a generous sofa which will comfortably accommodate 4 guests, a large coffee table, several lamps, a sideboard with storage and a large flat-screen smart TV with access to apps such as Netflix. The small dining table and comfortable chairs provide a relaxed area to eat together during cosy nights staying in.

The modern bright kitchen area finishes off this lovely area providing the following modern conveniences. Fridge, electric oven, 4-ring induction hob, combination microwave oven, Nespresso machine, kettle, 4-slice toaster and dishwasher. Leading from the living areas is the under-stairs utility area.
