Outside Description

Blackberry Barn has a great south facing patio area, totally enclosed with stone walls plus views directly over the Victorian Garden through to the Woodland Walk and across the valley.There is contemporary patio furniture, and a gas BBQ.

Downstairs Description

From the patio area there are steps leading up to the front door. You enter into the spacious open plan living/dining/kitchen area with high sloping ceilings, exposed beams and an exposed stone wall. The flooring is white pine style planking and the living area has a large, leather sofa and footstool, a wall mounted, wood burner effect fire, 42” LCD TV, Blu-ray player and DVD collection. The dining area has a round table and chairs that seats 4 and has good views across the valley from the glazed door and side window.

The kitchen is contemporary with white curved, flush units without handles.

First Floor Description

Between the dining and living areas there are 6 solid stone steps leading up to a small landing. A door leads to the twin bedroom that has high ceilings with exposed beams and two opaque windows.

There is a door from the landing leading to the master bedroom, which has a king size bed and high ceilings with exposed beams and beautiful glass lights. There is a north facing opaque window.

Between the two bedroom doors is the family bathroom. This is contemporary with a whirlpool bath and a separate walk in shower with flood head shower incorporating mood lighting.

Windows Views Description

There are beautiful views across the Victorian Garden and wooded valley from the large south facing window.

Other Notes

As we are located in the Cornish countryside you can expect access to be via single track country lanes. Please remember passing places if meeting on coming vehicles.
