Downstairs Description

It has a double aspect bedroom with a king size bed, plenty of storage and large patio balcony.

The bathroom is designed in a nautical theme and has a fabulous slipper bath for relaxing with a glass of wine, a large walk in shower cubicle, wc, basin, heated towel rail and plenty of storage.

The kitchen has simple white cabinets and shelving with wooden work surfaces, all the modern conveniences are provided, dishwasher, gas hob, electric over, large fridge/freezer, wine rack, and wash/dryer.

The double aspect sea-facing lounge at Beach Side has panoramic sea views through floor to ceiling windows which open out onto the seafront balcony.

Enjoy long balmy summer’s evenings on the large seafront balcony furnished with sun loungers and table and chairs for alfresco dining. On winter evenings enjoy snuggling up on the leather sofa or in the armchair watching the flat-screen TV or enjoying one of our library of DVDs.
