Outside Description

There is a great cottage garden which can be accessed from the Family Room. With an upper and lower patio cobbled in London black granite, a safe lawn area, on sunny days you will get the sun nearly all day long. And it’s private so you won’t be disturbed. Family sized bbq and seating area to soak up the sun.

Downstairs Description

Yew Tree Cottage has three downstairs living spaces for you to enjoy. The state-of-the-art cottage kitchen is well equipped if you feel like eating at home.

The dining room is built for entertaining, and the Family Room has every comfort and decor to ensure you won’t want to go anywhere else. The kitchen is state of the art with six burner Rangemaster hob with convection and fan ovens, microwave, Belfast sink, solid oak worktops, American style fridge-freezer and dishwasher.

The Dining Room has a solid oak rectory dining table, in front of the open fire, carefully chosen decoration and under the low-beamed ceiling. With pictures and objects inspired by times gone by.

The family room offers you the chance to Kick back and relax in the leather sofas furnished with throws and cushions in front of the wood-burning stove..

There is also a downstairs toilet and washbasin, with a lobby for you to kick-off those muddy boots after a day in the country.

First Floor Description

Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. Bedroom one is a very large room with superking bed, smartTV, and lots of storage space. Bedroom two is a double overlooking the fields of Westow. Bedroom three has twin beds which can be converted to a double. Beautiful family sized bathroom with claw foot bath, shower and toilet. Original oak beams all upstairs with the carpenter’s mark and there's plenty of space to relax.

Windows Views Description

From one side of the house there are views on to the enclosed garden and from the other side there is beautiful views across the open fields.

Other Notes

Mobile phone coverage can be quite thin on the ground, but telephone can be used in the property. Bring a torch if coming late as there are no street lights in the village - but at least you get to see the amazing stars!
