To the rear of the property, the French doors from the dining room open out onto a sheltered patio area with table and chairs where guests can enjoy breakfasts al fresco in the morning sun. The patio is set in a private garden which offers spacious lawns and pastoral views.

Downstairs Description

Brig y Don’s spacious double aspect open plan living & dining room is beautifully furnished with oak floors, two large three-seater sofas and two individual arm chairs. The solid oak dining table can accommodate up to 12 for dinner.

The room is dominated by the views through the bay window and patio doors that open onto the front patio.

The living room is equipped with a 48” smart flat screen TV, blue-ray player, ipod dock and viewing scope.

The spacious open plan kitchen and breakfast area provide a convenient and sociable space to enjoy.

Adjoining the kitchen is a well-equipped utility room with all the appliances you need to make your stay as convenient as possible.

Located on the ground floor is the downstairs bedroom which enjoys views of the private rear garden with en suite bathroom with bath and separate shower.

First Floor Description

The light and spacious master bedroom has a bay window that offers spectacular sea views of Teifi Estuary and Cardigan Bay from the comfort of a king-size bed. The bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV and has a luxury en suite bathroom with walk in shower.

The side bedroom has sea views and features a double bed, and luxury en suite bathroom with shower.

The back bedroom enjoys pastoral views towards Cardigan golf club. The bedroom features a double bed, Flat screen TV and luxury en suite bathroom with shower.
