Outside Description

Quarry cottage has a good sized garden situated at the foot of a historic quarry, which is fully enclosed, ideal for dogs.
There are steps up from the cottage to the patio, with the rest of the garden laid to lawn. There are a patio table and chairs and a BBQ, and children's swings. The rocks from the quarry are a big feature of the garden, with many dry stone walls.
There is a shed which can be used to store bikes or surfboards.
There is also an outside tap to wash muddy boots, etc.

Downstairs Description

The property has been tastefully renovated with a spacious modern kitchen with pine work surfaces, and breakfast bar, American style fridge-freezer and 5 ring range cooker. There is a separate dining room with a table that seats 6 and a log fire. The lounge has direct access to the garden with sliding patio doors, with the feature of a part double glazed apex glass roof offering a light and airy room. There is also a contemporary log burner.
