Outside Description

The Pelican Loft is located within a small, pretty courtyard of 5 apartments. Whilst there is no designated space, the riverbank is less than 100 yards away where there is a perfect spot to take a bottle of wine overlooking the river Coquet. There is no designated parking for The Pelican Loft, but all parking in Warkworth village is free. You can drive down the narrow lane to unload your bags and park either on the riverbank or on the main street.

Downstairs Description

The beautifully designed kitchen features all the latest appliances. The kitchen has white quartz work surfaces and a breakfast bar with 2 comfy bar stools for relaxed dining as an alternative to the dining table.

The dining table has seating for 4 and has feature hand-blown glass lighting above.

The lounge coordinates perfectly with the kitchen, with feature built-in ornamental shelving either side of the fire place with contemporary inset electric fire.

The main bedroom contains a super king size bed (6ft wide), hanging rail and dressing table area. The window looks out to the centre of the village. Luxury linens provided and all bedding is non-feather. The en suite contains a shower,.

Second Bedroom This equally gorgeous room contains a king size bed.

Family Bathroom This bright and beautifully tiled bathroom contains a rainfall shower head over a full size bath.

Dogs Welcome: Two small (small terrier size) or 1 large (max. Labrador size) well-behaved dogs are welcome at The Pelican Loft for a small charge of £20 per dog.
