Outside Description

There’s a small, open garden space to the front of the house, and a larger lawn garden to the rear, accessible through the side gate from the driveway – very handy for dog owners returning from the beach! The rear garden can also be accessed from the house through the main bedroom. It is fully enclosed and the patio area is furnished with seating for up to 6 guests.

Sea Breeze has a private driveway that can accommodate three cars.

Downstairs Description

This lovely bedroom is tastefully decorated and has access directly out to the back garden via glass patio doors. King size bed (5ft wide), bedside tables, wardrobe and drawer storage, luxury bed linen provided and hair dryer. The en-suite shower room provides a large walk-in shower with rainfall shower head and additional attachment, WC, wash hand basin, mirror, plenty of bathroom storage and a heated towel rail. Towels and complimentary toiletries from Temple Spa are provided.

Bedroom Two with En-suite Shower Room The second bedroom is equally as lovely with a king size bed (5ft wide) The en-suite shower room contains a large walk-in shower with rainfall shower head .

Bedroom Three – Twin Single Bedroom This large bedroom has two full size single beds (each 3ft wide).

First Floor Description

Lounge with East-Facing Balcony The living area contains two 3-seater sofas, a coffee table, Bluetooth speaker and a Smart TV with Netflix account provided for guest use.

Dining Room with West-Facing Balcony The separate dining room is a real perk at Sea Breeze, allowing guests to dine all together, away from the prep area of the main kitchen.

Family Bathroom This large bathroom is to be used by guests staying in the twin bedroom and contains a bath with rainfall shower .
