Outside Description

Outside the lounge/sun room you have a sheltered patio area with a bistro table and 2 chairs. Wander up the pretty stone path and you’ll reach a hidden patio containing rattan sofa seating for 4 guests. Further up the garden there’s a double swing chair, just before you reach the Garden Room. The Garden Room is a detached building, purpose built to capture the best of the distant views and complete with a telescope for star gazing, as there is no light pollution in this area.

Downstairs Description

The private gated driveway has room comfortably for two cars. Walk up the pretty path to the front door which leads directly into the hallway, where there is room to hang coats and boots.

A couple of steps up leads to the cosy kitchen, with a traditional stone fireplace housing a wood burning stove! The kitchen contains a wall-hung Smart TV, dining table and chairs to seat four, fridge/freezer, electric oven and 4-ring induction hob, dishwasher, integrated microwave, kettle, toaster and Tassimo coffee machine.

he lounge also doubles as a sun room, boasting gorgeous distant views of Budle Bay and the coastline, and immediate views of the pretty woodland outside the window, where you’ll occasionally spot a deer or red squirrel. In the lounge you’ll find a sofa, Smart TV with SKY Glass and a wood burning stove.

Bedroom This pretty room contains a king size bed, wall-mounted Smart TV, plantation shutters on each of the windows for privacy and plenty of storage space

he bathroom is accessed via frosted glass double doors from the bedroom that cannot be locked. In the bathroom you’ll find a stand-along roll top bath, separate walk-in shower cubicle with rainfall shower head.

Other Notes

Whilst the main garden area is enclosed, we cannot guarantee it is secure. Please ensure the garden is assessed before letting your dog off on a lead. The woodland area next to the garden which guests are able to enjoy is not enclosed, therefore dogs should be kept on a lead

Dogs Welcome: 1 well-behaved dog welcome (no bigger than a Spaniel) for a charge of £20 per dog per holiday.
