Located in the courtyard is a sauna with WC and shower, this can be booked at the time of placing your booking for an additional charge.

Downstairs Description

The kitchen/diner is a lovely light space. Sympathetically renovated using reclaimed materials, the owners have created a modern unique space for you to enjoy quality time with family and friends. The quirky refurbished wooden shutters and exposed stonework provide subtle hints of the age of the property. The contemporary kitchen offers all the modern conveniences expected in a luxury property.

The dining table comfortably seats 8, perfect for families staying at both Pickwick House and Copperfield House next door. The back door opens out onto the enclosed courtyard.

Located at the front of the house, the lounge has a gorgeous inglenook fireplace with an exposed stone wall and a log burner. Mirroring the kitchen/diner are the quirky refurbished window shutters and wooden floors which add to the warmth of this lovely room. There is comfortable seating for 6 guests.

First Floor Description

Main Bedroom is at the front of the house and has the benefit of a triple-glazed bay sash window. It has a super-king-size bed.

Second Bedroom is at the front of the house through a triple-glazed bay sash window. This delightful room includes a king-size bed (5ft wide)

Third Bedroom with a single bed.

The family bathroom with a beautiful copper plunge tub, irresistible after a busy day exploring Northumberland. For those who prefer a shower, the walk-in shower contains a rainfall shower head
