Outside Description

The enclosed lawned garden has pretty views north and eastward towards the coastline which is very peaceful as it’s in a quiet spot. A table and chairs for 6 people makes it ideal for dining alfresco. The rear parking space can be accessed via a small gate from the garden.

The other parking space is at the front of the property with additional parking available in the visitor parking spots, which are generally very quiet.

Downstairs Description

The open plan kitchen has granite worktops and contains the usual appliances. In addition, the dining table seats 6 and is open plan to the kitchen.

The lounge contains a 3-seater sofa and two 2-seater sofas which very comfortably seat 6 guests and which centre around a gas ‘wood-burning effect’ fire and a large Smart TV. Additionally two large west-facing windows let in plenty of afternoon sun.

The newly added hexagonal sun room has floor to ceiling windows, is north-facing (making it more comfortable on sunny summer days) and has views of the garden and the coastline beyond to the east.
