Outside Description

The lawn garden at Honeypot House has the real wow factor! Very generous in size, the lawn stretches the full length of the garden. There is access to the driveway from the garden but as long as the entrance gate to Honeypot House is shut, the garden is completely enclosed.. There is a decking area with sun loungers provided, and outdoor dining furniture too. The BBQ is provided for guests use. There is also a lovely summer house which guests have access to, containing two rocking chairs and an array of outdoor games fun for all ages such as giant Jenga, Chess, Croquet and Badminton.

Straight on from the hallway is a gorgeous dining room, with stunning decor, with a large wood burning stove fitted.

Kitchen Following on from the dining room is a bright and airy modern kitchen. Generous in size, the kitchen contains a centre island providing additional prep space, with a built in breakfast bar and three bar seats provided.

There is a utility room at the back of the kitchen, containing a washing machine, tumble dryer.

Living Room At the back of the house, with gorgeous sash windows looking into the south-facing lawn garden, the living room of Honeypot House is beautifully furnished and oozes luxury, with another impressively large inglenook fireplace and real woodburner.

Flowing through from the living room, there is additional seating in the lounge with a 3 seater sofa and 4 comfortable arm chairs provided.

First Floor Description

The Chatton Room The first bedroom contains a kingsize bed (5 ft wide) The en-suite shower room contains a corner shower.

Cheswick Room This bedroom again contains a kingsize bed (5 ft wide) The en-suite shower room of the Cheswick Room contains a corner shower.

The Principle Bedroom The room contains a kingsize bed (5 ft wide). The en-suite of the main bedroom contains a bath with a shower overhead .

Cheviot Room can be set either as two twin single beds (3 ft wide) or a superking size double bed (6 ft wide). The en-suite shower room contains a corner shower,

Second Floor Description

The Belford Bedrooms contains a double bed (4 ft 6 wide). The en-suite Shower room contains a corner shower.

Howick Room The second bedroom on the top floor also contains a double bed (4 ft 6 wide),. The en-suite shower room contains a corner shower
