Kings Orchard is formerly the farm manager's house situated amongst fields halfway along the Farm drive. It is spacious and comfortably furnished providing ample space for 12 people and is a great family holiday home. The house is secluded and is in a beautiful rural setting. There are sensational countryside views from most windows. It has a large enclosed garden with fruit trees that leads down to a small woodland area, with views to the estuary and the downs. The house has gas central heating as well as an open log fire in the sitting room. The farm surrounds the River Yar Estuary and is served by the Freshwater to Yarmouth footpath, a very popular walk particularly in the summer months, with its spectacular views over the estuary and across to the down-land and countryside of the West Wight.
